Project Designer: Architectural design for residential and small commercial design projects, renovations and additions. Prepare permission drawings for new build and renovation projects. Project Coordination with structural drawings Procurement Construction Administration. Communications with suppliers and contractors about work details and pricing. Generate a set of fully detailed construction documents. Design with project partner input, drafting, and modeling through all phases of a project including full construction document sets following office standards. Collaborate with project partners and clients. Generate project-based solutions - could be architectural plans or interior finishes/selections. Preparing presentations. Utilize Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Enscape, and Bluebeam. Works under Principal Architect supervision. Requires Bachelors in Architecture, or related and 3 years experience in the job offered, Architectural Assistant, Architectural and Interior Designer, or related. 3 years must include experience with (1) Construction administration, (2) Sketchup, (3) AutoCAD, (4) Adobe Photoshop, (5) Adobe Illustrator, and (6) Enscape. 2 years must include experience with Bluebeam. Demonstrated knowledge required in the following (1) Design process, (2) Construction sequence, (3) Generating a set of fully detailed construction documents, and (4) Residential drawing set and a commercial drawing set.
